Sound Bath Night at the Park - this is an all ages event

Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience at Meadows Park in the South End of the field, where you'll immerse yourself in the rich tones and vibrations of singing bowls and other acoustic instruments. The session combines the resonant frequencies of traditional sound healing tools with the natural ambiance of our outdoor setting – birdsong, rustling leaves, and gentle park sounds that create a unique sonic landscape.

This outdoor sound bath offers a chance to unwind and reset, as the layered sounds work together to promote deep relaxation and mindfulness. The combination of intentional sound work and our natural park environment creates an experience that's both grounding and restorative. Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular practitioner, you'll appreciate how the acoustic qualities of the instruments blend harmoniously with the living sounds around us.

Come prepared to lie back and be present to the interplay of healing tones and nature's soundtrack as it guides you into a meditative state.

Temperature: It is supposed to be in the 70's around 6:30-7:30pm

Yoga mat, chair or blanket

A cover blanket/sheet if you want to be cozy
