Sound Bath & Reiki Experience- 75 minutes This month, join Misty of Serene Wellness Studios and Autumn of The Mindful Body for a unique evening of relaxation and renewal.
In this 75 minute event, Misty will begin with a grounding meditation to gelp you relax and settle into your body. She will then guide you through an immersive sound bath meditation while Autumn offers hands-on Reiki to each participant. Together, sound and energy harmonize to support balance, ease, and nervous system regulation.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, inner peace, or simply time to recharge, this collaboration offers the perfect reset for body, mind, and spirit.
