Sound Bath + Meditation with Reiki
About this Event
What to Expect
Give yourself an hour to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
This relaxing experience combines the soothing sounds and vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation to create space for rest and renewal.
During the meditation, optional Reiki touch will be offered for those who would like to receive it. You are welcome to participate with or without Reiki.
What You'll Experience
During this peaceful hour, you'll be given the opportunity to relax & reset through:
• Gentle breathwork
• Guided meditation
• Tibetan singing bowl sound experience
• Optional Reiki touch
You may relax on your own mat or sit comfortably in a chair.

Please arrive by 1:55 PM so we can begin promptly at 2:00 PM.
What to Bring
Please bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow. Feel free to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Children ages 11+ are welcome when accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. This is a quiet, relaxation-focused experience, so please consider whether your child will be comfortable participating in a calm, hour-long meditation and sound bath.
