A sound bath is a meditative experience during which people lie down in supported comfortable positions and listen to resonant sounds played live by a sound healer. Your sound bath will include a variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and connect with every cell in your body. Students report that they leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Light Reiki will be performed as well on each participant.
Comfy mats, blankets and pillows will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes you can relax in. Space is limited.
