Join us for a deeply immersive Sound Bath Meditation designed to soothe the mind, relax the body, and restore the spirit. Experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes as their resonant frequencies gently guide you into a peaceful meditative state.This calming journey helps quiet mental chatter, ease stress, and support emotional release while allowing your nervous system to fully unwind. More than just a meditation session, a sound bath is an opportunity to reset, recharge, and reconnect within.
