We are very pleased to be hosting this beautiful Sound Bath Meditation with Ana Peth in our sacred space. As Ana takes us on a musical journey with her crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and gongs, frequencies wash over, around and through us, with love filled vibrations aiding in the release of what no longer serves, allowing us to come home to ourselves.
