Immerse yourself in relaxation with restorative sound therapy! During this Sound Bath Linda will incorporate gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain-sticks, and many other instruments to take the group on a meditative journey. Your job is to breathe and let your mind go, embracing the enchanting sounds of the instruments.
Bring anything that you will need to be comfortable (mat, blankets, pillows, etc.) There are some mats, blankets, and bolsters available to use, but bring any additional that you would like to bring your comfort level to it’s maximum. Be sure to dress comfortable.
