Feeling the weight of the world? Come rest in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath meditation. Nothing to do—just relax, release, and restore as you lie down or sit with crystal singing bowls and more. Enjoy a calming journey into sound and stillness. 💞 Beginners are always welcome.

✨ What to Expect ✨Each session begins with a brief introduction, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath experience. Most participants lie down, though chair seating is available if preferred (zero gravity chairs welcome if space allows).

We close with gentle integration, sharing, and time for questions to support your experience.

Laura is a Licensed Nurse, Certified Sound Healer, and Energy Medicine Practitioner, as well as a Reiki Master with many years of experience in integrative and holistic care.
