Bring your favourite mat, blanket and pillow and snuggle in for a nurturing sound bath meditation as we gently play Tibetan Bowls, Gong, and lull you with vocal song and mantra to help you drift into your happy place
As your mind, body and soul reset drift away and let the frequencies wash over and through you to release, reset, relax and realise your true self
There will be time for a sharing and processing chat after and plenty of time for integration before we send you floating home 😊🙏💛
