Please bring with you water, a notepad and pen for any insights that come, and wear comfortable, warm clothes you can move in.
6.30pm - Arrival.
Kinesiology - learn some easy self-massage points from kinesiology and nutrition tips that you can use in your daily life to clear congestion/toxins and boost your own health. The tools are aligned to the seasons, so now we are in Summer and the corresponding element of Fire, the practice will focus on supporting the adrenals, circulation, heart and small intestine.
Next is a 15-min sound bath to help us relax and let go of the day.
Then you can settle in a seated position or stay laid down on your mats while I channel healing light language. The translation may come as a guided meditation or general guidance/encouragement for your life.
Followed up with a 25-min gong bath to allow deeper relaxation and time for your energy to process and receive the benefits of the light language.
7.50pm - gentle wake up with some yogic stretching and grounding before sharing about your experiences.
8pm – to end we all share one thing we are grateful for in life. This encourages habits for positive thinking and the power of gratitude.
What is Light Language? Light language can be described as like a verbal form of reiki or soul-speak, it brings us to a meditative state - it calms, raises our vibration, brings clarity of mind and can help to bring relief to where we feel stuck in life. It encourages activation of intuition. Experiment with listening from your heart, third eye or crown chakra, rather than from the mind/brain.
Listeners have reported feeling calmer, gaining new insights into difficult personal topics in life. I have been speaking it for over two years now and I use it for healing for myself and in my client sessions. We don't understand it consciously, but I am able interpret/translate some of it for you, listening via my intuition.
What is kinesiology? Kinesiology is a natural healthcare system that has many techniques for releasing stress, calming, grounding and addressing symptoms of dis-ease. It is rooted in chiropractic and the Chinese five elements system. My special area is emotional support and the clearing and resolution of emotional/energy blocks behind presenting physical issues. I predominantly use metaphysical kinesiology in my work which focuses more on resolving issues at the energetic and emotional levels.
The Gong – I have been using the gong for sound healing since 2014. My Dad is one of my biggest fans and he loves it for physical pain and stress relief, I also use the gong during my client sessions as an additional supporting tool for releasing what is no longer serving you.
About me: overcoming anxiety, stress and low self-esteem issues myself, I wanted to train in the therapies I had found so powerful. I love to work with people 1-to-1 to help you find relief from health challenges and navigate difficult life situations. I help you to find your own power again, and to stop attracting repeating unhelpful patterns. I trained to become a kundalini yoga teacher in 2011/12, then in systematic kinesiology and PSYCH-K in London between 2015 and 2017. I love to learn and have been doing ongoing training in metaphysical kinesiology since 2019, as well as keeping up with CPD so that I maintain my professional membership to the Kinesiology Association.
I'm delighted to return to offering group sessions, and to share wisdom and experiences from across my therapies.
