It's a form of Meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls to guide your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. It's an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System. It takes you out of feelings of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.

Free parking available in the lot outside the venue. Park on the grass / wood chips if lot becomes full.
DOORS OPEN: 6:40PM (20 minutes before the event)
(💡Bonus Tip: The nature center has a beautiful two-mile looped trails. If you’d like to stay a bit after the event, it’s a peaceful place to walk and unwind.)
