Sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in soothing sound waves created by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, release stress, and promote a sense of balance and inner peace. Participants simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sound gently washes over them, creating space for healing, clarity, and rest. No experience is necessary—just come as you are and receive.
Please bring a mat or towel to sit or lay on.
