Sound Bath Meditation

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath Meditation at the Finley Community Center: Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs, allowing the vibrations to wash away stress and tension. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and find inner peace. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind.

What to Bring: a mat to lay on, blankets, pillows and anything to make you comfortable. Bring water.

Tickets: you can purchase tickets ahead of time or at the door On the day of the event.
Please arrive around 6:15pm to give yourself plenty of time to get settled.
