Spring Is here!!

One of my favorite seasons of the year. The start of spring ushers in a time of cleansing and renewal. Spring isn’t just about cleaning your physical space it’s also about cleansing your inner terrain and preparing to take action. As nature transitions from a time of rest (Winter) into a time of awakening renewal and growth so do we.

As we ease into the spring season it is important we reflect upon the upcoming year and start the season gently clearing out all that is no longer necessary for our current path. This will allow us to make way for aligned and meaningful manifestation’s.

This sound bath is about vision rebirth cleansing renewal prosperity and setting aligned intentions.

I hope you will join me for an hour of reflection and relaxation. Sound therapy is a beneficial non-invasive way to relieve stress ground our anxiety reduce pain and calm the nerves. Something we can all benefit from in today's world.

Rules of Engagement

*Remember to bring a mat pillows blanket(s) and all that is necessary for your comfort.

*Eat light prior to attendance.

*Arrive on time. Doors will close once the Soundbath begins. Should you arrive late please be mindful of others.

*Allow yourself to relax and take in all the sounds.

*Enjoy the moment!

FYI- I am usually in a zone the day of the sound bath. So please reach out prior to the day of the event with any questions. 

The space is located next to a large parking lot on top of old Ellicott City. There are only 15 spots so book soon!
