✨🌳✨ I am excited to announce the 2024 return of SOUND BATH MEDITATIONS at Baldwin Park beginning Wed. Mar. 13 and every 2nd Wednesday of the month! Join me for a relaxing evening sound meditation surrounded by the energy of magnificent 100-year-old live oak trees at Baldwin Park from 6-7p in Midtown! I love to share this form of self-care with the public in creative ways and I am so grateful for this opportunity.Sound meditation, often referred to as "sound baths," is a practice that utilizes sound as a tool to promote deep relaxation and relieve stress and anxiety. The listener is surrounded by waves of sound, which work to calm the mind and body.
☺️Bring a mat, cushion, pillow, or all of the above to make sure you can be most comfortable when laying down. No experience is necessary. Free and open to the public, registration is required.
💕I love to play my gongs and crystal singing bowls in Nature and intend to be a catalyst for your own healing and a beacon of harmony to help balance the chaotic vibrations we are exposed to in city life.
