Step into a space of stillness as we invite you to experience a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation.
Led by Melissa Manto & Nichole Martini, co-founders of Raven & Moon, both Certified Sound Healers & Reiki Masters, this immersive experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you ground, center, & open to the healing energy of sound.
You’ll then be “bathed” in waves of vibration as a variety of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, & tuning forks, are played intuitively to meet the energetic needs of the group.
Each Sound Bath is completely unique, tuned to the energy of the moment, & intended to help you:
Release what no longer serves you
Relax your nervous system
Rejuvenate your body & mind
Restore energetic balance
This is a time to slow down, tune in, & allow yourself to receive.
