Sound Bath Meditation at Gemini Springs

Are you looking for more stress relief, mindfulness and deep relaxation in your life? Start your morning with an outdoor mediative sound journey. Participants should dress comfortably, bring water, and a mat or blanket. A pillow and eye mask are optional items to bring. This program is recommended for ages 15 and up. Space is very limited and reservations are required.
