Sound Bath Meditation: 30min Morning Reset

A lighter seated, more casual morning session to reset your nervous system and set your intention for the day. Every week, Wednesday through Sunday at 9:00 AM (30 minutes).

In just 30 minutes, you’ll drop into calm, tune your focus, and leave energized—without needing to lie down.

What to expect (9:00–9:30 AM):

• This is a recurring series—select your preferred date at checkout.

• Arrival (2–3 min): Take a seat—yoga cushions and chairs provided.

• General Admission (Seated) — $39

We provide cushions, yoga mats, blankets (limited), eye masks, ear plugs, and lemon/cucumber infused water. Butterfly Pea Tea and Nespresso Coffee are also available upon request.

Good to know

• Doors open 9:00 AM. Please arrive by 8:55 AM to settle.
• This is a seated experience; if you need a chair,please email us before hand.
• Fragrance-light, phone-free space.
