Sound Bath: Manifestation

Intention is everything when working with sound. I work with different intentions for each of my sound journeys. This one will be focused on the power of manifestation. Starting with a mini meditation to inspire each person to focus on what they want to manifest in life. I will then do sequences with my sound healing instruments to invoke that energy and work on lowering brainwaves and inducing the relaxation response in the body.

Crystal pyramid, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, Grotta Senoras gongs, drums, koshi and flow chimes will be blended together to create this unique sonic experience.

The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
