The summer is upon us and we are focusing on taking things BACK TO THE BASICS. Slowing down, being more intentional with our time and our bodies.
The first of our summer series is…
An Intimate Sound Bath
Our Sound Bath will be led by Zuzi on July 7 from 6 - 7 PM. We invite you to take a minute for yourself (we could all use a little more of that) and join us at Keyfillery. We will be opening up the room to make space for a beautifully led hour of healing and relaxation. You will be provided a yoga mat, pillow and light blanket, along with a complementary lavender eye pillow to take home with you. Following the session, we will have tea available and open up the store offering 15% off your entire purchase.
