Sound Bath - Kilwinning, Mansfield Trinity Church - with Nathan

Come and unwind with us for a gentle evening of sound and stillness at Mansfield Trinity Church. This in-person session is a chance to slow down, switch off, and let yourself be held by soothing tones and calming vibrations.

Whether you’re new to sound baths or you’ve been before, this space is simply about rest. No experience needed — just come as you are.

Bring anything that will help you feel warm and comfortable: a mat, blanket, pillow, maybe even an eye mask. Water or a flask of tea is always a nice touch too.

Settle in, get cosy, and let the sounds do the rest. We’d love to see you there.

My name is Nathan, and alongside this work I’m a maths teacher.

Like many people, I’ve experienced burnout, stress and poor sleep — and sound baths became something that genuinely helped me. What started as something I turned to for my own wellbeing has grown into a real passion.

I’m now training as a sound practitioner and have five years’ experience holding sound baths and creating spaces for deep rest. I’m fully insured, and my intention is simple: to bring this practice into the community in a way that feels accessible, grounded and supportive.
