Experience 38-in Chao Gong, Tinshas, Crystal Singing Bowls, 22 inch Paiste Gong, chimes and more.
This is a 60 minute meditation of sound and vibration to relax and refresh your body, mind, and and spirit.
We have chairs but bring a yoga mat and pillow if you want to lie down.
