Enjoy an evening of relaxing and rejuvenating sounds led by Mia Olson. Mia will guide us through some simple techniques to help open the body and mind, allowing the healing sound vibrations to sooth the body and soul, cultivating a sense of peace and wellbeing.
The journey will include instruments that are based on the healing frequency of 432Hz, including singing bowls, chimes, flute, and pan drum.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable lying down. (Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, etc.) Chairs will be provided if you prefer to sit on a chair.
Mia is a professional yogi and musician, specializing in divinely inspired healing frequencies to relax and rejuvenate mind, body, and soul. She is the author of "Musicians Yoga", the creator of Yoga for Musicians, a retired Berklee College of Music Professor of 25 years, and an internationally acclaimed flutist.
