A Deep Restorative Experience in the Himalayan Salt Cave
Step into the peaceful sanctuary of the Himalayan Salt Cave and allow yourself to be immersed in an atmosphere of soothing sound, gentle vibration, and deep relaxation. Surrounded by the warm glow of salt lamps and the tranquil ambiance of the cave, you'll be invited to slow down, soften, and simply receive.
This restorative sound journey weaves together the resonant tones of singing bowls, delicate Koshi chimes, harmonium, gentle acoustic guitar, and sacred mantras to create a rich tapestry of sound that quiets the mind and nourishes the heart. Each instrument offers its own unique texture, inviting you into a state of stillness where stress begins to melt away and the nervous system can settle into a place of ease.
As you rest comfortably in the cave, the combination of immersive sound and the calming atmosphere creates a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself. There is nothing to learn, achieve, or do—only breathe, listen, and allow the experience to unfold naturally. Many participants leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and renewed, with a greater sense of inner peace and balance.

Mira Devi is a kirtan artist, singer/songwriter, and healer whose journey has been inspired by Eastern philosophy for over twenty years. A lifelong musician, Mira spent a decade at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat, an ashram near Boulder, immersed in yoga, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and Ayurveda. A certified Ayurvedic Counselor, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Mira integrates contemplative, healing, and performing arts through live chanting events, yoga workshops, Yoga Nidra sessions, and Ayurvedic bodymind therapies.
The Salt Cave is located inside Diamond Vitality Center at 333 West South Boulder Rd. in Louisville, CO.
It is a blue one-story building on the northwest corner of South Boulder Rd and Garfield Ave. Please arrive 15 minutes early, especially if you are new, to fill out a waiver and get oriented to the space. No yoga mats are needed, as you will relax in one of our 10 recliners in the salt cave. Blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own and perhaps an eye pillow. You may bring a closed water bottle into the Salt Cave with you.
