Sound Bath Journeying to Raise Your FrequencyI took a break from Facilitating these experiences for the summer, but am ready to begin again! Just a reminder: A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where healing vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other instruments wash over you, clearing stuck energy and lifting your vibration. You leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
Sound Bath Journeying goes even deeper, weaving in shamanic drumming, visualization, and breathwork to help you access higher wisdom, meet guides or ancestors, and receive insights from your own inner intelligence.
With Neurodynamic Breathwork, you bypass the busy mind and tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and release. This powerful practice clears emotional blocks, restores balance, and opens the door to clarity, empowerment, and wholeness.
