🌙✨ Sound Bath Journey with Kind Resonance ✨🌙Step into a peaceful sanctuary and let the healing vibrations of sound wash over you. Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath — a guided journey of relaxation and inner stillness.
As you settle into a comfortable space, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, and other therapeutic instruments. These harmonious tones are designed to gently quiet the mind, release tension from the body, and restore energetic balance.
🧘♀️ No experience needed — simply settle back, close your eyes, and allow the sound waves to do their magic.
What to Expect:
A calming, softly lit space with essential oils fragrancing the air.
Guided grounding to begin
60 minutes of immersive sound healing
🌿 Ideal for stress relief, better sleep, emotional release, and deep rest.
Please bring: a yoga mat if you wish (there are spares on the premises), blanket, cushion, and anything else to help you feel warm and supported.
Remember to wear soft, comfortable clothing that you feel nice and cosy in (your temperature will drop a couple of degrees when you are lying still).
You will need to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the session to get yourself settled.
Due to the nature of the event, once the session has started, you will not be able to enter and join. Doors will be closed at 6pm.

Sound Bath Sessions are unfortunately not suitable if you have any of the below conditions:

Epilepsy or seizure disorders
(Sound vibrations may, in rare cases, trigger seizures.)
Severe mental health conditions
Such as schizophrenia, active psychosis, or dissociative disorders.
First trimester of pregnancy
(Though often safe, caution is advised early in pregnancy.)
Pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other implanted medical devices
Vibrational instruments can occasionally interfere with devices.
