I’m so happy to invite you to join me for a deeply restorative sound bath experience on Saturday 25th January. A great way to unwind and relax. I’ll be bringing my beloved crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and a few percussive treasures to create a healing journey that soothes the mind, relaxes the body, and nurtures the spirit.
Sound baths offer so many gentle benefits, including:
