Sound Bath Introduction for Parents & Teens

Sound healing instruments work with your chakras (energy centers), to help move a lot of energy quickly, clear energy blockages, and raise your vibration!

Everything is made of vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, making them ideal conductors for sound, and the transformative sound experiences available to us in sound healing. This Sound Bath will calm the nervous system to help release anxiety and stress.

Shut off your phone, get quiet, listen, and feel the healing vibrations. No need to consciously respond or react. The singing bowls work directly with the energy from the universe to channel that energy into your mind, body, and spirit.

Allow the healing vibrations to wash away tension and doubt, and help you release negative energy, and energy blockages. As you surrender to the harmonious vibrations, you may experience a profound sense of calm, clarity, and inspiration, opening your mind to new possibilities and expansion.

No experience is required! All levels are welcome.

You will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to lie on, and what you need to feel comfortable like blanket, pillow, water, as any crystals you’d like charged. I will provide eye masks.

You will not receive a physical ticket. Check in with your name upon arrival.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time.

TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. If you are sick, or cannot attend for another reason, you may send someone to the event and have them check in with your name.

To protect the peace of the sound bath, doors close 5 minutes after event start and will not reopen for late attendees.
