4th Second Presents Yoga and Begonias

Join us for a very special Yoga and Begonias brought to you by 4th Second
We want to share a unique morning with our neighbors in Vallejo's new community garden!
🌿 Schedule:

• 10 AM: Yoga led by certified practicioner Jazz (@RadicalYogi), set to a slow jam soundtrack in our new community garden. (Be sure to bring your own yoga mat)
• 11 AM: A calming sound bath to relax your senses brought to you by Shanese Nicole (energy healer and sound therapist)
• 12 PM: Wrap up with a hands-on composting workshop to led by Alejandro of 4th Second and learn some fun sustainable practices.
• We will end with some time to commune in the garden and enjoy the refreshments that will be provided throughout the event.

Help Grow Our Garden: We’re asking for donations of large plants to enhance our new community garden. Bring a plant and be part of something green and beautiful!

🚨 Important Note: There is no restroom on site. The nearest bathroom is at Starbucks on Lincoln Rd, a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Please plan accordingly!
