Held in the peaceful sanctuary of Kanuka Yoga Space, this Sound Bath offers a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and return to yourself. It is a space to rest deeply, unwind the nervous system, and step out of the busyness of daily life.
Sound is not only something we hear — it is something we feel. As vibrations move through the body, they interact with each person in a unique way, supporting relaxation, balance, emotional release, or quiet inner clarity. There is no right or wrong experience — simply an opportunity to receive whatever unfolds in the moment.
Each session is a nurturing and intuitive journey, allowing you to settle into stillness, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and restored.

What to Expect
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the session. You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help you settle in.
The sound journey follows, lasting approximately 45-50 minutes, and features crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a 32” symphonic gong, drum, chimes, and other sound tools. These healing vibrations support deep relaxation and inner stillness.
You may experience physical relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm and renewal — each journey is unique.
We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment.

• Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
• You’re welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
