You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with Vocal Over-toning, and more.

DETAILS:
Venue: Uphoria Yoga
Parking: There is paid parking on surrounding streets (Quebec, Manitoba), No parking on Broadway between 3 - 7pm. After 7pm there is metered parking.
Entrance: Front door of Uphoria Yoga is off Broadway at 88 E Broadway.

BRING:
- Dress in comfortable layers
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat, blanket, support for under your knees, and head pillow for comfort (you will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes)
- Eye covering
