A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound with sound bowls & other instruments to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind & body. Though many people may have only recently heard of sound baths, using music for healing is nothing new. Music has been used for its therapeutic effects for thousands of years. MARKANNA Wellness will use singing bowls, small bell-like instruments, that create a resonant tone. The one-hour sound bath meditation experience will help manage stress and improve overall well-being. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and dress for comfort.
