Give yourself the gift of self care in joining for a sound journey with SoulEssence. Every sound will touch your senses differently. Sandy will play the quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, a mono chord and a myriad of other instruments. You will be entranced and relaxed by the frequencies produced. Let all of life's stress melt away. Sound travels quickly through water. We are mostly made up of water, which is why we respond so well to these healing frequencies. Our heart rates, breathing and heart/mind connections unify and regulate. As a group we entrain to the highest and most positive state. Our cells are affected and our bodies know exactly what to do to reach a state of balance. We experience coherence. All parts find their state of best health. Individual experiences are unique. The sounds will be relaxing and at times invigorating.
We have recliner chairs, yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows. Please bring whatever else will help you stay comfortable for this one hour sound Journey.
