Lay down and get comfortable and cosy, bring a mat, blanket and pillow to do so. Immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments, which will penetrate your body and mind, down to the cellular structure. Your cells will start to dance and eventually will be brought in complete equality and balance through the law of resonance. In this state you are able to release unwanted energy.
We will start with a short grounding and centring meditation, before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. Percussion instruments, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, pipes and much more will be used during the session.
Contraindication for sound therapy is Epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
The cost for this event is £15
