Allow yourself to be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments as your body and mind unwind in deep relaxation.
This immersive experience invites you to release stress, restore your energy, and realign with your natural state of harmony.
No prior experience is needed—simply arrive as you are, settle in, and let the sound waves guide you into peace and renewal.
A sound meditation, often called "sound bath" is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet. It's a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from instruments.
What to bring for this session: Yoga Mat, Pillow, Light blanket, Eye Pillow (optional).
