One hour of deep relaxation and release awaits you! Conveniently located in Vestal, NY right off the Parkway on Plaza Drive! Bring your exercise mat, pillow, blanket or fold-up chir for maximum comfort during the session.

This unique combo will promote natural healing, emotional release and overall wellness, not to mention relaxation.
