In this sound bath you can expect:
* Grounding and meditation.
* A long sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, handpan, frame drums, native American flute, and more....
By bringing together multiple instruments and sounds, Derek will create a meditation of pure vibration that offers itself to great change and deep healing.

Please bring a yoga mat and an eye pillow (optional).
