After the incredible success of the first soundbath, I’m delighted to announce the date for my next Soundbath – a deeply calming, meditative experience where you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drumming, and gentle soundscapes.
This is a beautiful chance to simply “be” – to slow down, soften, and allow the sound waves to wash over you and support deep rest.

Soundbaths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you experience ‘sound-induced epilepsy’ or have a ‘severe mental health condition’ that may be triggered by sound.
