There are extra at the studio, but for maximum comfort and relaxation bring a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat.
What to Expect:
✨ About one hour of laying on the floor while Anne guides us into alpha brain wave states that allow us to feel calm, relaxed, and at ease.
✨ Deep Relaxation: Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, bringing your mind and body into a state of profound calm.
