Sound Bath for your Inner Child and the Chakras

Meet and greet your inner child as we journey with a new chakra each month. Clear blockages and create flow, while connecting to your body in a nurturing environment.

Ground into the moment and discover the depths of each chakra as we dive into a healing meditation and a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, and other instruments. There will be two sound healers holding loving space for you!

Enjoy meeting other like minded individuals on the path of wellness as we create community.

This event is held outdoors (in October & Novemeber), please wear comfortable attire and layer to stay warm. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal and pen.

In October we will be nourishing our ROOT chakra, affirming our safety and security.
