This is great for the aging body, but truly, every body! Feeling stiff and creaky? Too “strong” with not enough “stretch?” Enjoy this loving environment while we promote circulation and flexibility as we offer the body long held postures (reclined or sitting) that help our fascia (connective tissue) to unwind. Soften and open the mind by creating spaciousness as we slow down, breathe, and let go…give your body some TLC with this amazing practice!

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
