The Erick A Garcia You Are Enough Foundation works to promote suicide prevention, spread awareness and remind every person that their life has value. Your presence helps fuel that mission.

About the sound artists Jean Monte and Moriah Cain Gross have been performing sound baths together in the Antelope Valley and across Southern California since 2017. Jean has a background in psychology, shamanic practices, and Kundalini yoga. Moriah’s background is in aerospace. She is an avid student of sound healing and received her yoga instructor certification from Antelope Valley College.
