Sound baths use a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, crystal bowls, rain sticks, and bamboo chimes to heal and calm.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Fabrics are lowered to only 1 foot off the floor.
All stretches are laying or sitting.
