Sound Bath Experience Reflection & Gratitude

Join us on September 28th 1:00 – 2:30pm for a transformative Sound Bath Experience by Chuck Roundtree dedicated to Reflection and Gratitude. As we honor the FALL season’s themes of abundance and reflection, this experience will guide you to pause, embrace gratitude, and align with the grounding energy of the Earth. Immerse yourself in deep, earthy tones created by gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and the rhythmic beats of a drum, complemented by the ethereal resonance of the human voice. Together, these sounds evoke a sense of balance and harmony, helping you acknowledge the year’s blessings and achievements.

Through affirmations such as “I give thanks for all I have received and share my abundance with others,” this sound bath invites you to reflect on your personal harvest—whether literal or metaphorical—and foster a spirit of appreciation. This session offers a moment to honor the gifts of the present while preparing your energy for the rest of the year.
