This intimate Soundbath session is designed to guide you into a state of stillness, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for clarity and balance.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow and/or blanket
• Eye mask (optional)
We will provide a mat but if you have a mat please bring one to lay on top to provide extra cushion, we will also provide a disposable eye mask at no charge if you don't have one,
