A sound bath is a beautiful ceremony of sounds, part meditative and part mystical journey that helps you to completely let go so you can receive a re-alignment to your entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration.Our quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes and other instruments produce a matrix of healing energies that are used to induce relaxation, expansion, clearing, and healing on every level of your being. The vibrations produce deep states of relaxation as they balance the brain hemispheres, release stress and muscle tension, stimulate the flow of our vital energy and accelerate our healing and recovery.
It is believed that illness starts when a person’s healthy resonant frequency is out of balance, at which time, our physical, mental, and emotional health is affected. But, by transmitting the proper and beneficial sound wave into the affected areas of the body, it is believed that health and harmony can be restored back into the mind, body and spirit.
Experiencing a sound bath is like getting a vibrational massage, one that is felt all the way down into the cellular level with the various frequencies working from the inside out and help elevate the body’s cells to a super-healing state. You will feel this powerful shift within as your cells become more awakened and alive.
