About this Event
Guided Meditation and Sound Bath
This practice focuses on gentle movement, breathing techniques, and sound vibrations to promote balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
During this practice, various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, or chimes are used to produce sound vibrations that can stimulate the body's natural healing process. Let the gentle vibrations wash away stress, creating space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and a profound sense of well-being.
This event will take place at Scarsdale Women’s Fitness located at 80 Maple St, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled, as the class will begin promptly at 1:30pm.
Please bring your own yoga mat, bolster, blanket or any other props you find supportive in your practice.
After the class we will be sharing a warming herbal tea.
