Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a full-body listening experience that uses specific frequencies to relax and nurture our mind, body, and spirit. At JB Wellness the sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are primarily from crystal quartz singing bowls. Using these powerful instruments provides us with an opportunity to unplug from the external stimuli of our busy lives, and helps us to gain perspective on what’s going on within us through deep rest and relaxation. Plan to bring any props/comfort items that will help you to be more comfortable while lying on your mat for 45 minutes.
