About the Sound Bath...
This sound bath is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect—allowing the body and mind to settle into a space where deep rest and natural healing can unfold. As you lie comfortably, waves of sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, creating a cocoon of vibration.
Everything in the body carries its own natural rhythm. When we experience stress or emotional strain, these rhythms can fall out of harmony. Sound and vibration work as a quiet guide, helping to gently attune the body back towards balance. Like ripples moving through water, these frequencies travel through us, encouraging release, recalibration, and a return to our innate state of ease.
There is nothing you need to do—simply receive.
Rest, breathe, and allow the sounds to carry you inward.
