Sound Bath at Nakama Studio with Kim of Soothe by Sound Take time to slow down, relax, and restore your mind and body during this deeply calming sound bath experience led by Kim of Soothe by Sound.
During this immersive session, participants will relax while being surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing sound instruments. The gentle frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
Sound baths are known to help with:

What to bring: • A yoga mat or blanket to lie on (we have extra mats, if needed)
• A pillow for comfort
• Water
• Zero gravity chairs are a great option for this event. You’re welcome to bring your own or rent one from the studio for $5. Text the studio in advance to rent a chair at 513-827-1299.
• A journal and pen are optional in case anything inspiring comes to mind during the session
